Payment Terms
- Customers must understand and acknowledge that our fees shall not be amended/ altered nor shall any exemptions be made in this regard.
- The fee mentioned on the website is final subject to applicable discounts mentioned on the website. Customers are entitled to make payment for the Company’s products and programs through online payment modes.
- The company reserves rights to change its payment policies.
- All the payments need to be fulfilled before commencement of the programme in single transaction.
- The online learning platform will be available for six months or 180 days which one is earlier from the date of registration.

Fulfilment:
As soon as the customer purchases the plan, fulfilment happens online and online classes are allotted immediately. For example, if the customer purchases career mapping/skill audit/any other assessment/counselling, the serial key will be activated immediately and can perform the
assessment. The counselling is scheduled as per the calendar of counsellor on a mutually convenient time.
For one-on-one career counselling or parenting or any other counselling, the session is created to provide personalised mentoring for student. When you block a spot, we are unable to offer it to anybody else. So, the cancellations are not allowed once mentoring slot is booked. However,
our student support team will honour your request to the best way possible to re-schedule the session on unavoidable circumstances. Cancellation is not allowed once the serial key is used for accessing any assessment. Refund can be initiated only for unused serial keys or licences. The
same is applicable to corporate and institutional clients as well.
Initiating the refund or Cancellation policy
The request for refund cancellation can be initiated by writing to our student support team at [email protected] with a mention of student details, with registered phone number and enrolment number. A feedback call will be initiated to understand the concern and to provide better
service and learning experience for your child, before initiating the refund.
Refunds & Cancellation,
- As soon as the customer reaches out to us for refund, we process immediate refunds for unutilized credits on a pro-rata basis. For further details, see T&Cs.
- The amount of refund payable shall only be limited to the amount paid by the User for Services which were not rendered to the User by Us. In case of refund of EMI transactions, User will be charged interest as per bank’s regulations.
- We attempt to process and complete refund requests within 24 hours from the time of receiving the refund request, however, in case there is any delay in refund beyond the period of 72 hours, then you may notify us on [email protected]. The refund process may include a feedback
call to you and validation of key information that may be required by us to process the refund request.
- We reserve the right to change any fees at any time at our sole discretion and any change, update, or modification in the fee shall become effective immediately upon the same being posted/uploaded or notified on our website.
- 100% Refund: if the request is raised before using the licence/serial key.
- No refunds are made once the assessment commences, or after availing the full counselling service/coaching/training/skill audit.
- Counselling re-allotment with a new mentor will be performed if the participant in unhappy with the mentor. The sessions will be re-allotted considering the student and mentor.
- For all re-fund request, CLAP Smart Learn Pvt.Ltd will take a minimum of 7 working days with a maximum of 15 working days.
- Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:
- For Netbanking / UPI: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited to the same account in 1 - 2 business days or as per the banking service provider.
- For Credit cards/ Debit cards/ other modes: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited in 5 - 7 business days
- If the customer has availed EMI options, refund will be done on the basis of the EMI instalment(s) paid, including surcharges and other fees applicable.
